Dry-cleaning needed? This is personal preference. The dress would probably benefit from a refresh but I don't think this is absolutely necessary.
Repairs needed: There are a few loose threads and because of the delicate nature of the tulle, there are a few snags. These are mostly in the hem area, so would be removed if the dress needed to be hemmed. One side of the bodice has become unattached from the lace overlay - this just needs a small stitch to put back into place.
